Life has been pretty busy! Our family went to the beach for a WHOLE week which of course meant awesome photo ops.!! Here are some I have worked on:

Over the weekend Aidan had his 1st birthday party!
Of course I had to get some shots of Molly too!
Last night a whole group of us went to see the fireworks at the mall and here is what I got. Keep in mind this is my FIRST time taking fireworks pictures with a DSLR camera. VERY hard. I did all of these in manual mode.
This first one I got on accident, I had the shutter open too long, but it looks so cool!

My cousin’s wife Tiffany brought her sweet baby girl Molly to visit her Grandma Margie. So of course I ran home a got my camera and did an little session with her before the sun went down. She has the most amazing blue eyes! Here are my fav. shots of the day.
Well, yesterday was Father’s Day and Marc was on 3rd shift and had to work that night. While he was sleeping Mom kept the boys and I went out to get him a gift.
On my way, with my camera in the car, I FINALLY decided to stop and take some pictures right near my house and on the way towards town. I have been really keeping my eye open as I drive for great photo oppertunities.

*Also a little update, my very first maternity session with Sheri was rained out. Bummer. Can’t wait for my next oppertunity to see her in action and LEARN!

I am starting my first step in my future career in photography. I am now the assistant to Sheri at Sheri Allison Photography. www.sheriallison.com We have our first shoot tomorrow and it is a maternity shoot. I am SO excited to learn and gown with Sheri’s guidance and eventually become a partner with Sheri.
